Funding Opportunities

HRiA works with an array of organizations and individuals from both the public and private sector to establish grant and fellowship programs aimed at improving the health status in communities across the country. These programs have ranged from helping a large commercial bank to meet the health needs of individuals in rural Vermont, to mobilizing youth to address tobacco related issues, to helping a growing suburban area recruit physicians from diverse backgrounds to live and work in their communities, to building a public/private partnership targeting a statewide obesity epidemic.
