Substance Abuse Helpline

An invaluable service to many public health programs is timely information. For over a decade, HRiA has provided accurate health and human service information and referrals to people in need. We build and manage call centers addressing a host of health and social service needs so that callers receive timely and reliable responses from trained, knowledgeable specialists.

We provide all aspects of call center management, including hiring and training of staff, multi-language services, back-up systems, database development, management services, and metrics to monitor effectiveness and responsiveness.

The Massachusetts Substance Abuse Information and Education Helpline provides callers with information about substance abuse, substance abuse treatment options, and referrals to treatment and related services.
