Eric Kramer, PhD

Treasurer

Mr.. Kramer is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Research and Strategic Planning at the Plymouth Rock Company. He received his BA in biology from Williams College and worked in a biophysics lab for a year before returning to school to get his PhD in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Kramer teaches insurance regulation and law and economics at Suffolk Law School. He is very interested in public health and health policy, insurance program evaluation, and methodological issues in epidemiology.

Mr. Kramer resides in Jamaica Plain and has an identical twin brother.
