Program Associate, Health and Racial Equity

Destiny Gonzalez is a Program Associate at HRiA.

As a part of the Health and Racial Equity team, Destiny plays a key role in supporting environmental health initiatives, including the Massachusetts Asthma Action Partnership (MAAP), the Healthy Air Network, the Asthma Regional Council (ARC) and Healthy Environments Advance Learning (HEAL). She is passionate about advancing public health and promoting sustainable solutions to environmental challenges. With a background in project coordination and policy analysis, Destiny has experience managing large-scale databases, publishing research, and leading community-centered campaigns. She is particularly focused on strengthening public health communications and fostering collaborative partnerships to drive positive change.

Destiny Gonzalez holds a BA in Political Science from Boston College, with a minor in Managing for Social Impact, as well as a Certificate in Strengthening Public Health Communications from the Public Health Communications Collaborative. She is fluent in Spanish.
