Evaluation Project Manager, Research & Evaluation


Ms. Maldonado-Fuller is the evaluation project manager for the Si Texas Evaluation Project, a study of integrated behavioral health models in border communities in South Texas. Prior to joining HRiA, Ms. Maldonado-Fuller managed community health education, outreach and fund development efforts with community health centers and other non-profit health organizations in Central and South Texas. She also has experience working with diverse communities on collective impact initiatives focused on behavioral health integration. She is passionate about serving low-income communities and views her career as a reflection of her values. She is a strong advocate for community-led initiatives, and believes health system strengthening efforts are successful when patients and families have a voice. She earned a Master of Arts in International Relations with a focus on international development and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. She also earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
