Jessica Joseph is a Community Capacity Building Manager in the Training & Capacity Building Department at HRiA. She has a strong interest in healthcare, public health and serving historically marginalized communities. Prior to joining HRiA, Ms. Joseph was a Community Health Worker under Mass General Brigham’s United Against Racism (UAR) initiative to promote racial and health equity in pediatric settings. In this role, she worked directly with patients and their families to connect them to community resources and address social determinants of health, such as housing and food insecurity. Ms. Joseph graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.
