Josie Mercado Scheindlinger is the Senior Operation and Projects Manager for the National Association of Community Health Workers (NACHW), a fiscally sponsored program of HRiA. In this role, Josie works with a strategic and multifunctional role that manages and contributes all aspects of the development, implementation, and evaluation of NACHW programs and operations. She collaborates closely with the NACHW Executive Director and cross-functional NACHW staff, HRiA Finance, Contracts and Administrative departments, national funders, sponsors, and partners to achieve overall goals. She works professionally with different broad project management experts with experience in contracts and operations, public health program development, and administrative management to bring vision, expertise, and innovative thinking to a new and innovative project. She reports to the NACHW Executive Director, with regular, strategic guidance and direction from NACHW Board Chair, HRiA Fiscal, Administrative, and Operations departments.
