Margy Wilcox serves as Senior Manager, Capacity Building Operations for the HAVI, a fiscally-sponsored program at HRiA. Previously, she worked in youth and young adult development with a focus on supports in alternative education and workforce development programming in Philadelphia. With her background in supporting young people, staff, and programs focused on education and career training, Margy joined the HAVI as a systems-focused professional dedicated to designing supports to assist those impacted by traumatic events. Margy received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Clark University and a Master of Education with a focus on Urban Education from Temple University.
