Yacine Fall, MS, is a Project Manager on the Research & Evaluation team at Health Resources in Action (HRiA). With six years of global experience in equity-centered research and evaluation, Yacine currently supports HRiA in managing a multi-year evaluation project with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Office of Local and Regional Health (OLRH). Her expertise spans project management in health tech, R&E, and the development of tools aimed at reducing population disparities. She has a strong focus on serving vulnerable populations and holds certifications from Harvard University in Child Protection, International Humanitarian Response, and Maternal & Child Health. She holds a Master of Science in Global Health and Population Sciences from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and African Studies from Smith College. She is currently based in New York, NY.
