Oliver Souyavong is a Director of Budgets, Analysis, & Reporting at HRiA.
He joined HRiA in 2019 with over a decade of experience in financial aid for higher ed . He is an avid learner and enjoys being challenged at work and in the classroom. Oliver has a Master of Business Administration from the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts-Boston, a Master of Arts in Intercultural Relations from the Graduate School of Arts & Social Sciences at Lesley University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emmanuel College.
