Ivelisse Caraballo is the Executive Director for the Collaborative Parent Leadership Action Network (CPLAN), a fiscally sponsored partner of HRiA.
She is an educational advocate and mother of two who is dedicated to ensuring that her children, along with all children, have access to high-quality educational opportunities. Over the years, Ivelisse has worked to promote systemic change in Boston-area schools through family and community organizing. She is committed to empowering parents to understand how schools can better serve students and devoted to ensuring that schools are culturally responsive to the needs of the parents that they serve.
