Kye Henry is Associate Director, Organizational Growth & Equity at the Health Alliance for Violence Intervention (HAVI), a fiscally sponsored partner of HRiA.
In this role, they develop equity-centered policies, systems, and practices to foster organizational health and enable employees to do their best work. With over 20 years of experience in public health, including a decade in Boston hospitals, Kye had led and collaborated on national and local initiatives to address systemic inequities in health and healthcare. Previously, Kye worked with the international organization, Oxfam America, and a state-wide coalition supporting survivors of sexual assault. Additionally, Kye has provided consulting services to local businesses, enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and equitable workplace practices.
Kye holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin. Beyond the workplace, Kye is a photographer, textile artist, and nature enthusiast.
