HRiA worked with the Massachusetts School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences School of Physician Assistant Studies to help cultivate leadership among three distinct campuses (two in Massachusetts and one in New Hampshire). With HRiA as the facilitator, the school sought to focus on building a shared context for organizational development and growth; learning about each other (staff and faculty) as leaders and as collaborators; identifying commonality and differences among the programs; and, engaging in group planning for the year ahead. HRiA worked with core leadership in developing an agenda, administering the DISC inventory for all participants to facilitate individual and collective learning about the team’s leadership styles and preferences, and facilitating a full-day retreat that concluded with the identification of several key goals, objectives, and strategies for the upcoming year.
