HRiA worked with the Steering Committee of the North Shore Community Health Network to identify structure, roles, decision-making authority and membership engagement to support a three-year strategic plan. The process included key informant interviews and facilitated discussions to inform and guide a revised structure, position descriptions, and decision-making and accountability at all levels.
