HRiA facilitated a one-day, rapid strategic planning process for the St. Mary’s Center for Women and Children (Dorchester, MA) which offers innovative and family-centered programs for women and children who have experienced trauma and are living in poverty. The strategic planning process included participation from a wide variety of stakeholders from St. Mary’s staff and Board. Data gathering for the planning session included key informant interviews and a staff survey through which St. Mary’s solicited input on the priorities, vision, mission, and values for the Center.
