VT Helplink is staffed by experienced and certified Screening & Information Specialists and Clinicians who are available to help people with SUD, as well as their families, friends, care providers, and other professionals to find information about treatment and recovery support services available in Vermont. VT Helplink also provides tools for service providers to manage waitlists and appointment slots, helping coordinate and facilitate access to services for VT residents.

VT Helplink Specialists are available to help callers understand and identify their needs, find appropriate resources, and begin or continue their efforts toward recovery. VT Helplink services are available in any language by phone at 802.565.LINK or by online chat on the website. Operating hours are 8 am to 10pm Monday through Friday, and 8am to 6pm on weekends and holidays. Visitors to the VT Helplink website can also find licensed and approved services on their own by clicking on “Find Help” and searching for programs and services in their area.
