Becca Tumposky is an Associate Director of Planning & Facilitation on the Strategic Planning and Organizational Effectiveness team at HRiA. She brings over fifteen years of experience as an adult educator, facilitator, and community engagement practitioner in the the community health, workforce development and higher education fields. Becca joined HRiA in 2024 after serving as the Director Learning Communities at Bunker Hill Community College, and is passionate about facilitating transformative learning and practitioner-driven inquiry that advances community well-being and social justice. Born and raised in Boston, with a stint in the San Francisco Bay Area, Becca has a MA in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, and a BA in Politics from Oberlin College.
