Becca Tumposky is an Associate Director on the Strategic Planning and Organizational Effectiveness team at HRiA.
She brings over fifteen years of experience as an adult educator, facilitator, and community engagement practitioner in the community health, urban planning, and public higher education fields. Becca joined HRiA in 2024 after serving as the Director of Learning Communities at Bunker Hill Community College. She is passionate about facilitating transformative learning and practitioner-driven inquiry that advances grassroots power and social justice. Born and raised in Boston, with a stint in the San Francisco Bay Area, Becca has a MA in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, and a BA in Politics from Oberlin College.
