Brendan Little is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of HALO Initiatives, a fiscally sponsored partner of HRiA.
He is a longtime leader in recovery services, harm reduction, and reentry support, bringing more than 17 years of experience in nonprofit and government settings. A lifelong Boston resident, Brendan began his career supporting high-risk youth and remains committed to centering lived experience in policy and practice. He helped establish Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Recovery Services and the Office of Returning Citizens, and is also directing a documentary on substance use and homelessness in the Mass and Cass area.
