Caroline Linden is Grants Manager at HRiA. At HRiA she develops, manages, and maintains operational processes and technology for grant programs committed to advancing health equity. Prior to joining HRiA in 2024, Caroline spent over a decade working in philanthropy with Social Venture Partners. She has proven expertise in grant management, data systems, strategic innovation, project management, and technology integration— effectively and efficiently driving operations. Caroline has a BA from Northwestern University in Political Science and International Studies with a focus on the Middle East and Global Commons. Away from the office, Caroline is an avid reader, a hiking enthusiast, and involved in the performing arts. She is committed to social justice, equity, and collaborative impact.
