Before joining in 2017, she worked in various Boston non-profit and social service organizations. She is a certified Community Health Worker and has additional certificates in Human Services. Her work in the field has included medical case management at Span, Inc., intake coordination at Victory Programs, and data entry at the Boston Public Health Commission. She is passionate about helping people, and brings enthusiasm and energy to those who contact the Helplines.
