David Ross (he/him) is a Training Manager for The HAVI, a fiscally-sponsored partner of HRiA. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) and psychotherapist with a B.A. in Media Arts and Entertainment. He has over two decades of experience as a Violence Prevention Professional at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland and served as a consultant for trauma centers and academic institutions nationwide. Through his creative arts endeavors and work at the HAVI, David aspires to be a socially conscious agent of change. He is a lifelong resident of Baltimore, Maryland.
