Elena Bengochea is a Senior Associate, Health & Racial Equity at HRiA.
She has significant experience working on policy and systems change initiatives to address health inequity including supporting capacity building efforts to Health Equity Zones (HEZ) in Rhode Island, providing technical assistance to health departments, and addressing root cause issues in Massachusetts through the Root Cause Solutions Exchange. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
