Elizabeth Reardon Hinkley is an Associate Director, Capacity Building Assistance at HRiA. Ms. Reardon Hinkley has over 15 years of experience working in community-based public health programs focused on youth development, domestic and sexual violence prevention, and substance use prevention. She has worked as a community organizer and has experience in program development, public awareness campaign development, and qualitative evaluation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Providence College followed by a master’s degree in international public health from Boston University. Ms. Reardon Hinkley is committed to asking individuals and communities what they need and acknowledging that people are experts in their own lives.
