Elsa Gomes Bondlow is the Chief Impact Officer and Co-Founder of HALO Initiatives, a fiscally sponsored partner of HRiA.
In this role, she leads program design, evaluation, equity oversight, and strategic resourcing, drawing on more than 25 years of experience in philanthropy, DEIB strategy, and community-centered grantmaking. Her career includes mobilizing significant resources for historically marginalized communities and guiding organizations toward equity-centered systems change.
