Firdaus B. is a Screening and Information Specialist II with the Helplines at HRiA. She obtained a BA in History with a minor in Biology from Loyola University – Chicago and is currently working on her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Benedictine University. Prior to working for HRiA, Firdaus worked as an EMT in the greater Chicagoland area and was an EMT supervisor and board member for Loyola University – Chicago’s EMS program. Firdaus has a passion for working with underserved populations and making mental healthcare accessible, attainable, and equitable.
