Hikari Mamata is a Product Manager for the Helplines at HRiA. He oversees the development and maintenance of the expanding portfolio of statewide substance use and problem gambling helpline websites. Prior to joining HRiA, Hikari helped grow and scale-up a web-based remote risk screening platform and service that engaged multinational corporations to uncover and address recruitment-related forced labor risks within their labor supply chains. Hikari has an MPH in Global Health from Boston University and a BS in Biology from Clarkson University. He is passionate about leveraging technology to create accessible, effective, and lasting solutions that empower individuals and communities to live full and healthy lives.
