Jen W. is a Screening & Information Specialist with the MA and IL Helplines. She is an LiCSW clinical social worker with a concentration in working with families and people with substance use disorders. She is also a Certified Community Resource Specialist. She has worked with teens and adult clients throughout the adult lifespan. She has worked to support clients on all medication assisted treatment options and with court involved clients. She has experience providing substance use disorder and mental health group, individual, and family therapy, including specialty work with veterans and pregnant/postpartum women. Prior to joining HRiA, she worked at the Mass 211 line for over three years and was the managing director of a north shore food pantry for three years.
