Lindsey Williams is an Associate Director of Grantmaking Operations at HRiA.
At HRiA, Lindsey works with philanthropic clients on grantmaking strategy and program design and supports private foundations and bank trusts across the grant lifecycle. Her work includes developing grantmaking systems and processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance. She is passionate about translating the principles of equitable, trust-based philanthropy into effective grantmaking practices.
Prior to joining HRiA in 2017, Lindsey managed federally funded grant programs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She holds a master’s degree in Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
