Martine François is the Director of the LEAH Project at HRiA. She has over a decade of experience in youth development across diverse settings. Most recently, Martine directed Salem State University’s TRIO Student Support Services program, which enhances college access for first-generation, low-income students. Additionally, she has developed science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and social justice initiatives for middle school students and has provided mentorship to foster youth development and empowerment. Martine is deeply committed to supporting underrepresented individuals in their educational journey. She has earned an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Salem State College, a Master’s Degree in Higher Education in Student Affairs from Salem State University, and a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership and Innovation from St. Thomas University.
