With extensive experience in the field of behavioral health and seven years of dedicated service within the Helpline industry, Sara is committed to implementing trauma-informed practices, which shape her approach to all of her projects. She possesses both professional skills and personal lived experience in supporting individuals on their paths towards recovery. Sara’s educational background includes a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University. Based in the Portland Metro area, her passion lies in creating accessible support systems for communities struggling with substance use.
