Shantel Mercedes is a Manager on the Strategic Planning and Organizational Effectiveness team at HRiA.
In this role, she supports problem gambling projects. Shantel has experience in health equity, administration, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) topics and approaches. She has a BA in Public Health and Health Equity from Mills College and an MPH focused on Health Equity from Simmons University.
