Tatiana Perez is a Program Associate for Organizational Growth and Equity at The HAVI, a fiscally sponsored program of HRiA. In this role, they support the development of equitable organizational processes. Prior to working at The HAVI, they coordinated in preservation, education, access, and discovery of American art museum collections that are in the process of reexamining their history. Tatiana strives to uplift the voices of underrepresented communities in their work. Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bryn Mawr College.
