Program Coordinator, Capacity Building Assistance

Uchechukwu “Uche” Osuagwu is a Program Coordinator on the Technical Assistance team at HRiA. In this role, she supports initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational capacity and promoting health equity across communities. Before joining HRiA, Uche worked in healthcare administration, where she developed expertise in managing operations and enhancing patient engagement. She is also the co-founder of Queendom Empire, a non-profit organization that supports young women in Nigeria through education and health-focused initiatives. In her free time, Uche enjoys DJing and dancing to Afrobeats and Amapiano. Uche holds a master’s in project management and bachelor’s in health and human services. In this role, Uche supports initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational capacity and promoting health equity across communities. She is very excited to join HRiA and contribute to advancing public health initiatives.
