Victoria Tran is a Research Associate for the Research and Evaluation Team at HRiA. She has experience in qualitative research, project management, and community engagement. Her interests include racial equity, reproductive health, and health policy. Prior to joining HRiA, she worked as a Policy and Advocacy Specialist at Health Equity Solutions where she supported efforts to achieve health equity for Connecticut residents. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public health from the University of Washington and a Master of Public Health degree from Yale University School of Public Health.
