Vy Dang is a Program Associate for Communities of Practice (CoP) at the HAVI, a fiscally sponsored program of HRiA. She assists the CoP division to develop, implement, and advance high quality programs and services to member organizations and partners in cities across the US. Prior to the HAVI, Vy has experience working in higher education in the Enrollment Services Department at California State University, Long Beach where she dedicated herself to supporting students on their academic journey, embodying the values of perseverance and educational success. Additionally, her experience in pediatric clinics in Orange County showcased her commitment to ensuring seamless healthcare services, managing front desk operations, and maintaining patient records with precision to deliver exceptional care to both patients and parents.

In all her work, Vy seeks to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the betterment of communities. With a sincere dedication to working with people who share the vision of a brighter future, Vy continues to be a driving force in shaping meaningful programs that uplift and inspire. Vy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
