Karen Tegelaar (she/her) is a Program Associate for the KP Center at the HAVI, a fiscally-sponsored partner at HRiA. She has extensive experience working at non-profits and mission driven organizations in the Boston area. Prior to joining HRiA Karen’s roles included an Executive Assistant at an indoor agricultural company committed to providing fresh local produce worldwide, an Administrative Director at a church dedicated to outreach and supporting its community, and a Director of a local Council on Aging. Karen enjoys focusing on administrative operations, but her true passion lies in cultivating meaningful relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
