Keith H. is a Screening & Information Specialist for the MA and IL Helplines, and a Certified Community Resource Specialist. He bring his life experiences, social skills, and drive to excel at the duties that are required of him. Keith brings a consistent, reliable, professional presence to the department as well as a respectable sense of humor. His roles include training newly employees, helping callers, and bringing fresh ideas to improve the team and workplace. Before joining HRiA in 2009, Keith worked in customer service and has had supervisory roles. Keith believes that his #1 job is helping the public and is honored to do so.
