Bailey Mulqueen is a Budget Analyst at HRiA. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BA in Statistics & Economics and a MA in Public Policy. She worked previously as a Budget Analyst with the State of Connecticut’s Office of Policy and Management through Health and Human Services.
