Vivian Suniga is a Clinical Supervisor at HRiA providing clinical support for the substance use and problem gambling Helplines for Massachusetts, Illinois, and Vermont. Prior to her work at HRiA, she was a Manager at a Helpline for LGBTQIA youth in crisis. Her clinical experience includes working at a case management company as a Program Director, and at an inpatient psychiatric hospital as a therapist for both adults and adolescents. Vivian earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baylor University and her Master’s degree in counseling from Our Lady of the Lake University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and works part time at a private practice as a therapist. Vivian is enthusiastic about helping marginalized communities who have historically been underrepresented in mental health.
