Shantel Mercedes is a Program Associate on the Strategic Planning and Organizational Effectiveness team at HRiA, with a focus on problem gambling projects. Shantel has experience working in health equity, administration, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) subject matters and approaches. She has a BA in Public Health and Health Equity from Mills College and an MPH focused on Health Equity from Simmons University.
