Amber Ross is an Associate Director on the Budgets & Contracts team at HRiA. Amber has spent her entire career in the non-profit sector and has extensive experience developing and tracking projects, proposals, budgets, and contracts. Prior to joining HRiA, she spearheaded the development of a grant training series to ensure program staff were knowledgeable in all aspects of grant budgets, contracts, and deliverables. She has a BS in Social Work from the University of Maine and her MSW with a concentration in non-profit management from the University of South Carolina.
