Hellen Ddungu is a Clearinghouse Associate at HRiA. In her role, Hellen supports the order fulfillment and customer service activities for the Clearinghouse. Prior to joining the Clearinghouse, Hellen was a manager in the banking industry. Hellen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda, majored in Gender Studies and minored in Psychology. She enjoys collaborating with her colleagues and supporting the clients, customers, and stakeholders.
