Kim Sudderth is a Senior Manager, Strategy & Facilitation on the Strategic Planning & Organizational Effectiveness team at HRiA. Prior to joining HRiA, she worked for climate advocacy focusing on amplifying the voices and empowering the leadership of women and mothers. She holds a B.A. in Sociology with a Specialization in Diversity and Inequality from Saint Leo University and a certificate of Leadership, Organizing and Action from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Kim also serves her community on several boards and commissions including the Norfolk Planning Commission as Vice-Chair. Kim is based in Norfolk, VA
