Manuela Torres is the Senior Manager CVI Ecosystems at The HAVI, a fiscally-sponsored program at HRiA. Manuela has over ten years of experience designing and overseeing awareness and behavioral change campaigns and social research social for the nonprofit sector, government agencies, and international cooperation agencies. Manuela has supported programs on issues such as international irregular migration, armed conflict and reconciliation, and prevention of gender-based violence, sexual violence, and community violence in Latin America and the USA.
