Seth serves as the Director of Operations for the HAVI, a fiscally-sponsored program at HRiA. He supports the organization in realizing its vision through operational efficiency and organizational management. Prior to joining the HAVI, Seth served as an assistant principal of instruction and teacher coach in the Philadelphia public school system. As an educator in neighborhoods deeply affected by long-standing social inequities and violence, he was drawn to the HAVI for its commitment to shift the national paradigm on violence prevention.
