Tracy Kelley is a Technical Assistance Lead for the Training & Capacity Building team at HRiA and a proud member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. She was born and raised on the unceded territory of the Mashpee Wampanoag where she lives her purpose through Indigenous language reclamation and community based tribal work. She primarily focuses on youth development, culturally competent teachings, and intergenerational healing through language. Ms. Kelley earned a Master of Science in Linguistics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology through their Indigenous Language Initiative. She also served as an Americorps VISTA at the South End/Lower Roxbury Youth Workers’ Alliance and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and English from University of Massachusetts–Amherst.
