This funding opportunity is only open to current MA COVID-19 Community Grantees.
The goal of this funding is to support primarily Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) led and/or serving community- and faith-based and Tribal and Indigenous serving organizations disproportionately affected by COVID-19 by implementing and expanding the work of COVID-19 vaccine equity through identifying and addressing social determinants of health and public health issues that are most important to them and their communities.
